Terms of Service

These Terms apply when you access ReFit or use our trade-in, shop, marketplace, shipping, or payout services.
Using ReFit
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account, device, shipping, and payout information and for keeping your account secure.
Quotes and inspection
Quotes are estimates based on the model, storage, carrier, condition, and other details you provide. A quote is not final until we receive and inspect the device. If the device does not match its description, we may provide an adjusted offer. You may accept the adjusted offer or request return of the device, subject to any disclosed return-shipping terms.
Device ownership and data
You represent that you own each device or are authorized to sell it, that it is not lost or stolen, and that it is not subject to an undisclosed financing obligation, activation lock, or account restriction. Remove personal data, disable device locks, and back up anything you want to keep before shipping. ReFit is not responsible for data left on a device.
Shipping
Use the label and shipping instructions supplied for the applicable order. Coverage is subject to carrier rules, packaging requirements, tracking records, and declared-value limits. Report shipping problems promptly so we can assist with a carrier claim.
Payouts
Payout timing begins after inspection and approval. Timing can vary by payout provider, weekends, holidays, account restrictions, or information that requires verification. You are responsible for supplying accurate payout details.
Shop and marketplace transactions
Listings must be accurate and show the actual device and condition. Buyers and sellers must follow shipping, inspection, delivery, and dispute instructions. Where escrow is used, funds are released according to the transaction status and applicable dispute process. ReFit may cancel, pause, or reverse an order when necessary to address fraud, listing errors, unavailable inventory, or a failed payment.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use ReFit for stolen goods, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, abusive activity, unauthorized access, service disruption, or violations of law. We may restrict access, hold a transaction for review, or cooperate with authorities when reasonably necessary.
Service availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReFit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to future activity.
